Connecting to the Internet

I recently bought a cable from Supply Net which supplies custom cables to connect just about any electronic device to another.  My cable connects my Tungsten 2 to my Motorola T720.  I followed the instructions and literally within 15 minutes was surfing on my TT2 via my Motorola T720.   I also opted for the cigarette lighter adapter which plugs into the middle of the cable and powers both the phone and handheld.   I started using an application called TrafficStat to monitor the data being used as Rogers AT&T currently offers a few different data plans.  This handy application also monitors the amount of data used by my Bluetooth connection to my home LAN.  I have an IOGEAR bluetooth dongle on my WinXP machine which is set up to share my broad-band internet connection.  I get fairly good range from it and it was fairly easy to set-up and configure.  Some resources for Bluetooth connectivity are Wireless surfing on your Tungsten  and Bluetooth Adapter Setup for the Palm Tungsten /T series
